Frequently asked questions
We work with MacBook (Air and Pro, from 2016 onwards), iMac (from 2012), Mac mini, iPhone (from iPhone X onwards, any type of damage) and iPad. If you are unsure about your specific model, message us and we will confirm before doing anything.
The typical cost is around €500–600, depending on the device, the type of damage and the urgency. Diagnosis is free if you accept the quote. If we cannot recover your data, you only pay shipping (approx. €30).
You only pay the shipping cost, approximately €30. No diagnosis charge, no charge for the attempt. That is how we work: if we do not deliver results, we do not charge for them.
We offer three tiers: Urgent (48–72 hours), Standard (7–15 days) and No rush (15–20 days). Standard is usually the most popular and balances time and cost.
Yes. We arrange collection from anywhere in Spain at no extra charge. You just need to contact us, and we handle the courier.
No. Apple offers repair or replacement of the device, but when the logic board fails in a modern Mac or iPhone, its usual solution means replacing the board — and losing the data. We step in specifically to save that data before the device is replaced.
It depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to move it to a new MacBook or iPhone, you usually do not need any drive: we transfer it straight to the new device. If it is only a few files, we can also deliver them via the cloud. If you would rather have a complete physical copy, then you will need an external hard drive — you can bring your own or we can supply one.
