The iPad is especially delicate to open because of its sealed design. We use specific tools to minimise the risk of further damage during diagnosis.
Storage and board assessment
We determine whether the fault is in the software (simpler), in the board (requires advanced technical work) or in a specific component.
Extraction with the right techniques
If the board is damaged, we apply component-level diagnosis and direct reading when necessary — the same procedures as with iPhone and MacBook.
Data delivery
Recovered data is delivered on an external drive or by secure transfer. If nothing is recovered, you only pay shipping (approx. €30).

Yes, although these models are more technically complex. The laboratory diagnosis will determine the real chances for your specific model.
In principle yes, as long as the files were stored locally on the device. Procreate files are saved to the iPad's internal storage and, if the memory is accessible, they can be recovered.
The cost is similar to iPhone, between €400 and €600 depending on the model and the type of damage. The diagnosis is free if you accept the quote.
No. We only need the iPad. Accessories are not needed for the diagnosis or the data recovery.
